Muxman multiplexer is Freeware DVD. The main component of any DVD authoring system is its multiplexing engine. It should be flawless, and well tested. This is the purpose of my very simple first authoring program, Muxman. The product is virtually identical Muxman screenwriter and far surpasses all mplex based authoring. Currently Muxman prepare a working title of one DVD from DVD-compliant elementary streams. Input can be: Video: Any DVD-compatible MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 or BMP. Audio: AC3 - sampling rate 48K, any bitrate, any channel configuration. DTS - 48K sampling frequency, 768kbps or 1536kbps, 5.1 channels. MPEG-1 Layer II 48K sampling rate of 1 or 2 channels, either bitrate or 3 to 6 links with the extension. LPCM - 48K or 96K sampling, 16/20/24-bit 1 to 8 channels allowed. Subpictures: IfoEdit format supported format files or script files SST ... Chapter Breakdown: a plain text file with frame numbers can be imported at this time. This is only the beginning.
